WHY’s rebranding bridges the gap between structure and playfulness, embodying their ethos of balancing form, function, and flourishing. Retaining the original stencil concept, the project introduced two bespoke typefaces – WHY and WHY NOT – to reflect both their methodical precision and innovative curiosity.
Through workshops, analysis, and audience engagement, the complexity of their organizational structure was simplified, aligning with their core values across five architectural disciplines. The website was reimagined with a minimal, modern design, sparing use of color, and intuitive navigation.
By allowing ideas and projects to breathe, the timeless design emphasizes WHY’s unique approach, strengthening their external perception and fostering deeper connections between people, culture, and place.
